Nothing I noticed. Stuff respawns (including enemies...which can be annoying is an enemy is near the save point) and the gun is gone. At least that was what I noticed...OH! and sound doesn't work until you go into the next room after every load.
So I tried playing the game but every time I load a save my gun is gone. Everything else is still there and chests and pickups respawned. Didn't mind the respawn of the ammo but without gun what use does it have. D:
